Terms and Conditions

Dear Customer,

By purchasing items from Hecho A Mano, you are adhering to the Terms and Conditions.

1. If we do not receive the payment for your order within a week, your order will be terminated.

2. We will only post your order after receiving your payment (by Bank Transfer).

3. For accessories, every item is checked thoroughly before bubble-wrapping and mailing it to you.

4. We will not be responsible for any lost package. But if your product arrives damaged, please inform us by sending us an email.

5. All your personal information will be kept confidential.


We accept Cash and Bank Transfer. We will send you the details when we confirm your order. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

1. By Cash Payment (State Location)

If you wish to purchase by cash payment, we will be glad to meet you personally to hand over the items. The following are the available locations (MRT):

a) Braddell
b) Toa Payoh
c) Bishan
d) Ang Mo Kio
e) Tampines
f) Kallang
Seng Kang
h) Potong Pasir
i) Serangoon

*Please advise us in the email if you have difficulties in meeting up at the above locations.
*Please note that the hand delivery surcharge is $3.00/per trip
(per ear ring/t-shirt/shoes purchased)
*Surcharge will be waived if 3 or more ear rings; 2 or more t-shirt/shoes are purchased.

2. By Bank Transfer

If you wish to purchase by bank payment, you will need to do as follows:

a) Upon receiving the confirmation of your request, please transfer the amount to the stated POSB Bank account in the email within 3 days.

b) Once we receive your payment, your product will then be sent to you via post. Please give us 3-5 days allowance for your purchased items to reach you.

*Postage charges is covered by purchaser.
1) Ear ring: - $0.50 (Normal Postage: up to 3 pcs), - $2.70 (Registered Postage: up to 3 pcs)
2) T-shirt/Shoes: $1.50~$2.50 (depending on product weight), Additional of $2.20 (Registered Postage)

Hecho A Mano was set up in September 2006. Our intention of setting up this business is to share with you our ideas and creations, which we hope they will add colours to your life!
